25^th of April, 2019 Mr. Kyle Choi, Managing Director of Coway Malaysia had said, ‘We are inspired by the encouraging response for Coway Run 2019 which shows the fruition of our efforts in the last two years. We are happy to be a part of the lives of Malaysians in inspiring them to join in on our mission to not only drink clean and pure water, but also to engage in activities such as running which contributes to us living healthy and pure.’

In case you did not know that you are actually doing a charity by joining this Coway Run 2019 as they will be channelling every Rm10 from the registration to their Happy Water Project where it aims to provide clean and pure water to the indigenous community for their everyday water necessities.

Coway Run encourage people to live a pure and healthy lifestyle in a fun and exciting manner. Even though the registration went live in March 2019, but the response has been overwhelming with more than 100% of its 6k participant goal less than a month.

At the Coway Run 2019, you can experience the mist tunnel, to feel the breeze of wind vortex and the coolness from the water zones as well as feeling extra-energised and refreshed when you sprinting through the foam ocean.

Various food trucks will be available while you also can partake the family-friendly traditional Korean activities like Fly High Shoes, Flip it and more at the Korean Village.

I ain't that happy before i started...

I ain’t that happy before I started this.

“What do you know about people going for therapy,

looking for a counsellor? Have you ever thought that?

“Is it really because they have symptoms of being depressed, anxious, all sorts of disorders?

Or is it because of they are unhappy?

it is because they are unhappy”

People around you including yourself, chasing their own happiness, wanting to be happy. Pursuing, Complying, Obeying, following, all of that in the end of the day is just yourself trying to be happy. And one day, you finally stopped all the things you have been working for … , for what? Happiness.

Happiness, Joyfulness, Contentment.

Do you think it has the similar meaning?

It kind of makes me come to an understanding that

the purpose of life is not happiness but being

a useful person, being helpfulness, practical and valuable.

This popped up my mind when I was reading an article on a platform called medium

–

an interesting app that post journals and articles written by people all around the world.

“Happiness –a state of well-being characterized by emotions。” is what everybody look for, you hang out with friends, you go on a vacay, you go for party or being a shopaholic, you buy yourself food or something… and what else?

All of that you think that it will makes you happy, but you may want to question yourself,

what’s the next thing you gonna do besides chasing these “happiness” boundlessly in your entire life? Feeling lost and miserable isn’t.

Because it’s just the false appearance that makes you seem more pleasant than what you really are, you are just spending or doing something which is, yea really great, it gives you happiness, but they aren’t giving any values or significance to your life.

Why not start being compassionate on doing something

to make yourself useful and worthy that able to

make differences in your life and other people’s life.

It’s really simple, you might not know even though you did it before

– Helping a friend out when they face problems by

simply just accompanying them, you probably did that

but you don’t see a value in it, there is a value,

your friend might be in need of a person being

by his/her side at that particular moment, and you did,

you did something useful, it might not be a significance in your life but in their life.

No matter what, stand on your ground, do what you gotta do, do what you love to do, strive for growth, learn and become better in every way.

And you will become contented, you feel contentment. A longer lasting, deeper feeling of satisfaction and gratitude for spiritual blessings, people and relationships; a feeling of not having the desire, wish and wants to begin with.

Purpose of life is

not happiness

but usefulness.
